1.Present a copy of your voucher, gift certificates or rewards card prior to your appointment or provide your credit card information to secure your appointment.

2. In an event of a no-show/late cancellation (<48 hours), your voucher and/or gift certificate will be forfeited to compensate for our lost revenue.

3. Vouchers (i.e. Groupon voucher) or any other promotional prepaid treatment methods are limited to one client per selected service. It cannot be shared with another recipient or used as a credit for a different service or product.

4. Vouchers and gift certificates or price matched services are intended for promotional purposes only. Therefore, if you are satisfied with our service, we kindly request you to support our small business by purchasing directly through us. Hence, we accept one voucher or gift certificate per client only.
